Delete your Abrazo account
Versie 1.2. Van kracht vanaf 2026-07-14
This page explains how to request deletion of the shared Abrazo account provided by Abrazo Software LLC.
Request account deletion
If you can sign in, open Account and data in DanceLedger, DanceSanctum, or Abrazo for Business and choose Delete account. The app schedules deletion directly. If you cannot sign in, email us from the address on your Abrazo account. Put “Abrazo account deletion request” in the subject. We may ask you to confirm account details before we schedule the deletion.
Email your deletion requestOne request covers the shared sign-in identity and associated personal data. You do not need to send a second email for product, provider, notification, or analytics records.
The account this request covers
DanceLedger, DanceSanctum, and Abrazo for Business use one shared Abrazo account. A deletion request applies to that identity across all three products. You will lose access to each connected product, even if you started the request from only one of them.
What happens after you request deletion
- We verify that you control the account.
- We schedule deletion, revoke active sessions, and email you a restore link.
- You have 30 days to restore the account. After that window, our scheduled process permanently removes the shared sign-in account and the personal data covered by its deletion rules.
- The same request opens a review of records linked through your account ID, email address, provider identifiers, and analytics identifiers. We erase or de-identify associated personal data and record why any data is retained.
What the scheduled cleanup covers
The automated purge deletes the shared sign-in identity, active sessions, linked authentication records, user-scoped billing access, and data connected to the identity through Abrazo’s database deletion rules. It also runs configured cleanup for linked bank records, receipt uploads, eligible practice media, and provider customer records. The request also creates an internal privacy review for separately keyed product and provider data.
Associated data and provider cleanup
Some personal data is stored under an account ID, email address, provider identifier, or analytics identifier instead of a direct account relation. This can include DanceLedger trips and expenses, AI memory, DanceSanctum activity, studio records, notifications, marketing records, and product analytics. Your deletion request automatically adds these records to the cleanup review. You do not need to contact us again. We may email you only if we need more information to identify a record.
Data we may retain
Some records must remain when they belong to an organization or a shared group, are needed to complete a transaction, support fraud and security investigations, or meet tax, accounting, legal, and dispute obligations. Where possible, we remove or replace your identifying details in those records. The privacy review records what is kept and why. We restrict retained data to the purpose that requires it and delete it when that purpose ends.
Subscriptions
Deleting your Abrazo account does not automatically stop a subscription billed by Google Play or Apple. Cancel that subscription in the store before deleting your account if you do not want it to renew. A personal web subscription attached directly to your account is canceled during the purge when our billing provider supports it. Organization billing is separate and continues until an owner or admin cancels it. Before deleting your personal account, open the organization’s Billing page and choose “Manage or cancel.” Abrazo Suite customers can use the Organizers billing page. Email privacy@abrazo.dev if you cannot reach the organization’s billing controls.
