Abrazo Account Privacy Policy
Version 1.0 — Effective 2026-06-01
Abrazo Software LLC (“Abrazo,” “we”) provides the shared account that signs you in to Abrazo products. This policy explains what we collect for your account and sign-in, and for the contact form and newsletter on
abrazo.dev, and how we use and protect it.1. What this policy covers
This policy covers your Abrazo account — the single identity you use to sign in across Abrazo products (such as DanceLedger and DanceSanctum) at
auth.abrazo.dev. What each product does with your activity inside it is described in that product’s own privacy policy (for example, DanceLedger and DanceSanctum).2. What we collect
- Account details — your email address and name.
- Authentication data — a hashed password (if you set one), registered passkeys, and two-step verification settings. We never store your password or biometrics in readable form; passkeys are public-key credentials bound to your devices.
- Security and session data — sign-in events, approximate device/browser information, and timestamps we use to keep your account secure.
3. How we use it
We use this data only to authenticate you, keep your account secure, let you manage your sign-in methods, and contact you about account or security matters. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your account data for advertising.
4. Who we share it with
When you sign in to an Abrazo product, we share the minimum needed to establish your session with that product (your identifier and basic profile). We also rely on service providers to operate the account system — hosting and email delivery — who process data on our behalf under contract. We disclose data if required by law.
5. Your choices and rights
You can view and manage your passkeys and two-step verification, and sign out of all devices, from your account security settings. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account data. Deleting your Abrazo account removes your shared identity and affects every Abrazo product tied to it. To make a request, contact privacy@abrazo.dev.
6. Contact form and newsletter
When you submit our contact form (at
abrazo.dev/contact) or sign up for our newsletter, we store the email address you provide and, for the contact form, any optional name and message. To handle your request and prevent spam and abuse, we also record the page you submitted from (the source path), your browser’s user-agent string, and a hashedversion of your IP address. We use this only to respond to you, to send the product updates you asked for, and to protect the forms from automated abuse — we do not sell it or use it for advertising. We purge resolved (“done”) and spam-flagged submissions older than 18 months. To unsubscribe or request deletion, contact privacy@abrazo.dev.7. Retention
We keep your account data for as long as your account is active, and for a limited period afterward where needed to meet legal, security, or fraud-prevention obligations, then delete or anonymize it. Contact-form and newsletter records follow the cadence above — resolved and spam submissions are purged once they pass 18 months.
8. Changes and contact
We may update this policy and will revise the version and effective date above. Abrazo Software LLC is the controller of your account data. Questions or requests: privacy@abrazo.dev.
